Sarika Goswami

Sarika Goswami is an interdisciplinary artist from Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. She completed her MVA in Printmaking from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in 2021 and her BFA in Printmaking from Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwavidyalaya, Khairagarh in 2019.
Sarika is deeply interested in exploring and questioning the landscapes of human social impact and their connection with the environment through social dialogue practices, community projects, and installations. Her work reflects a concern for nature, addressing the bonds that exist within the environment.
She has participated in various workshops, presentations, exhibitions, scholarships, and awards, including Prafulla Dahanukar Art Foundation, Kalanand Merit Award, 2024; National Art Camp at CMR University, Bangalore, 2023; National Art Workshop, Gyanarthi Media College, Kashipur, Uttarakhand; Serigraphy & Woodcut Workshop, 2023; National Scholarship, Lalit Kala Akademi 2021-22, Regional Center Bhubaneswar; National Art Symposium 2021, Veer Narmad South Gujarat University; "Abhirup-Mandali," Surat, Gujarat, India; Academy of Fine Art, Kolkata, 2020; and 101 The Art Society of India, 2019.
