Returns & Refunds Policy
No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds on Art Sales
Due to the unique and customized nature of our art pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once a purchase has been completed. This policy ensures the integrity of the artwork and the artist's work.
Exceptions
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you believe your artwork has arrived damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at transmissions@themethod.in with the following information:
- Your order number
- Detailed description of the issue
- Photographs & videos of the damaged item and packaging
We will review the case and may offer a replacement if applicable.
Customs Fees & Import Duties
Any additional charges such as customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred during international shipping are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are non-refundable.
Shipping Policy
- You will be shown a shipping amount at the time of checkout based on the size and weight of the product.
- All works are by default shipped unframed and unstretched in a pipe.
- In case a work cannot be unframed or rolled due to it's medium, it will be crated and then shipped.
- All orders are packaged securely. If the artworks are framed with glass, they are packaged in wooden crates and a generous amount of foam and bubble wrap.
- For international orders, customs duties may be applicable and are to be borne by the buyer.
