This session is drawing for relaxation/meditation. In this workshop, you’ll learn how ANYONE can employ repetitive, auto drawing techniques to center the mind while creating interesting works of art. The concept is simple, the impact is meaningful. No artistic background required. The goal is not perfection; it's for clearing the mind.

About the Facilitator:
Emma is the co-founder & curator of Method & has been teaching art for a number of years. She will teach exercises she uses in her personal life to deal with anxiety and stress as an alternative to traditional meditation.
