It's been awhile!
We used to have mixers now we have hangouts. Hangouts are slightly smaller, and involve some sort of game or activity, taking the pressure of the quiet folks. This is the perfect place for an introvert to socially thrive or for a talkative human to make their presence felt.
There's just one rule: Leave work at the front door. We actually do not care at all what you do for a living, and this is the one place. you can't talk about it even if you want to! It's totally off limits and your multi-faceted personality has to come alive.
Also: this is a place of respect for all! So come only if you're ready to be kind!
