Mindful meetup is blends guided movement, meditation, and conversation—helping everyone feel present, recharged, and connected. Unlike a typical networking event, this is an experience designed for deeper, more authentic connections
What Makes This Unique?
- Movement-Based Meditation – A guided experience incorporating elements of dance and fluid movement, helping guests feel more present and connected to their bodies. No dance or meditation experience is required—this is all about intuitive movement and self-expression.
- More Than Just a Mixer – We go beyond small talk with intention-setting, movement, and conversation prompts that help create deeper connections in a fun and inspiring way.
Event Flow (~2 hours)
- Welcome & Intention Setting (10-15 min) - Allow guests to arrive, settle in.
- Movement & Meditation Session (30-40 min) – A guided experience incorporating gentle movement and meditation. This would be supported with uplifting, non-lyrical music
- Community Connection & Conversation (30 min) – A relaxed mixer with a few intentional conversation prompts to foster real, meaningful connections.

Closing & Celebration – Gratitude, reflections, and time for guests to continue mingling and exchange contact information if desired.
