The Work Sprint is your chance to step away from distractions, dedicate time to what matters, and make real progress alongside a community of motivated people. Whether you have your normal start of the work week duties, need to plan & prep, or just want to stay on task, join us. This is useful for everyone, but can be especially useful for creative people who need to cultivate a little discipline in their practice.
Set your intention. Show up. Get things done.
Here's what happens:
The first 15 minutes we settle in. Claim a chair, get our coffee, and then do a little collective grounding by sharing our intentions and a guided breathing exercise. Then down to work. The last 10 minutes, we wrap up with some meta cognition. We don't talk about the work in specific, but about how the session went. Please consider this like a meeting and come on time!
The hyper-focused work sesh part will last about 75-80 minutes of the total time.
Each Monday is limited to seven people.
