About the facilitator
Aparna runs The Traveling Thali, a project that aims to bring people closer together through food and culture. She fell in love with Georgian food when she first ate it 6 years ago in Uzbekistan, and has since done a deep dive into the flavours and dishes of the region. The pleasing colours, the simple yet delicious flavours, and the community experience is what Aparna is excited to bring to you.
