Hungry Gods by Anurag Basak
This work questions the quiet violence of the gods disguised as divinity. It reflects on how systems idolise a few, and raise them to a status that allows them to feed on those they were meant to protect. In such a state, faith becomes a tool, while hunger turns into a habit, with a steady supply of suffering. Eventually the line between worship and exploitation blurs.
These gods are not divine. These gods are “HUNGRY”.
