Varsha Kumar is a visual artist based in Bangalore,India. Her art practice is a way to reflect on the perceptions of the world which lead to a deep reflection of the inner realm that she's built.

In Varsha's time as an artist, she has come to realise that art is the tool of her subconscious mind. Her interests and influences range over several subjects that are broadly classified under literature, psychology and mythology. These influences have percolated into her subconscious mind, manifesting themselves as symbols that she witnesses in her dreams, or in meditation. Varsha, in turn, chooses to recreate these manifested images as the drawings and words that flow through her.
