Art is a trace of the world it exists within. When we disallow women’s observations of the world, there is something that is irrevocably lost and forgotten.

So where are the women painting women?
We put out an open call to find out, and received submissions from across the country; certainly just a fraction of the voices waiting to own and share the narrative of their bodies.

    Information Architecture™ by Kunel Gaur

Information ArchitectureTM is a collection of contemplative abstract sculptural works and bricolage that play upon the absence of function whilst still using all kinds of functional aesthetics, and hardware - in the way that the only purpose they are left with is to exist.

    Acche Din by Tyler

Following a sold out debut show at Method during Mumbai Gallery Weekend 2021, Tyler returns with an Independence Day show before going on an indefinite hiatus. The show opens on 15th and runs only for a week. Featuring a new set of works and a video installation that reflect on the current state of our nation, the largely minimal works are offset by a brutal splatter of paint across the gallery.

A juxtaposition to highlight the not-so-hidden chaos masked by an artificial sheen manufactured by the state.
