Apiwat Banler

Apiwat Banler is a visual artist in the field of painting living in Bangkok, Thailand. His works tell stories of daily adventurous life in Thailand‘s capital. Study buildings, traffic, people, other environments and social conditions at that time. Conveying imagination through canvas in the form of pop comics mixed with characters in topics with social and political commentary art, presenting reality and unreality in composition and techniques of acrylic paint and pen marker Apiwat Banler started out as an underground artist before developing himself to be accepted in the art competition arena. His notable works include the UOB Thailand Painting of the Year award in 2018 and three solo exhibitions: “Our World” at 23 bar&gallery, BKK (2015). “Maybe Tomorrow” at Cho Why, Midnice Gallery, BKK ( 2018). “Linetopia” at Kalwit Studio&Gallery, BKK(2021) and many other group art exhibitions.
